EXIT ALLIANCE Realty in Temecula, CA BRINGS HOME THE AWARDS!

                At the 2013-2014 Annual Leadership Meeting and Awards Ceremony on July 15^th, Exit Alliance Realty was bestowed with several awards commending its production and efficiency as an Exit Realty office in Southern California. The accolades varied for this freshman agency, several agents and the company as a whole received awards.

                Exit Alliance Realty opened a little over a year ago, and even in its inaugural year managed to be titled the “Top Producing Agency” in two categories: most closed transactions as well as, highest gross commissions earned. This is no small feat for such a young office--especially with a myriad of fierce competitors in their bracket--but the agents and owner pulled through and earned these titles, in contributing some of the agents managed to earn their own awards. Take for example Tina Mull, an outstanding agent and charter member of Exit Alliance. She as well as Shawn Sorensen, Kathleen Hefley, Charlie Okada and others took it upon themselves to bring multiple agents into the Exit franchise, earning them an award honoring their ability of “sponsoring” fellow Realtors.

                Several other agents received commendations as well. Karen Totty earned the prestigious award “The Spirit of Exit,” given to agents who embody qualities that Exit Realty as a company firmly stands behind. The award is an honor and Karen is without a doubt completely deserving of such a celebrated decoration, but the plaques don’t end here. Founding member Charlie Okada and franchise owner Shawn Sorensen both received the coveted California 14 award. This title is presented to the agents who manage to close a minimum of 14 deals in a year.

                These feats are definitely something special, especially for a company founded January of 2013. In a single year they managed to duke it out with a number of established Exit franchises, all the while beginning to form and stand as their own company. With such an amazing start, all eyes are on Exit Alliance Realty, who knows what awards they’ll bring home this year. All we can be sure of is the office continuing to shake things up and change the Real Estate game.
