Richard earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University where he graduated Cum Laude near the top of his class. This degree and the knowledge he received has provided a solid foundation from which he has built his career. He has been through numerous personal and military relocations as “a military brat” within the US and overseas and understands the circumstances that surrounds business and military relocations. He has had the privilege of living in Countries such as Taiwan and Spain along with living in New York, Ohio, New Hampshire as well as Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. He has done business and as clients throughout Southern California including San Diego as well.

Richard is a member in good standing of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors (SRCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), and Trusted Business Partners (TBP). Richard has served in the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) in different capacities including President of his daughters and sons school and President of Council. He and Exit Alliance Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have along with Exit Realty donated over $2.5 million dollars to charity and built more that 15 Habitat Homes for those in need. To further his involvement in the community you will find Richard on a football, soccer or baseball field coaching one of his three children.

The most precious award Richard has ever received over the years is that of Father of the Year at his daughters school and as an avid reader, one of Richard’s goals is to become a motivational speaker working with all types of persons including children on their Mind Set. As you can see, he enjoys not only assisting future homeowners but he also enjoys working with children.
