Community Spotlight: Greer Ranch
Greer Ranch is located in the hills of Murrieta. Located off of Clinton Keith, this Gated Neighborhood offers secure living alongside a sense of community. Whether you're relaxing by the evandale pool, or hanging out around the myriad of parks in the area, Greer Ranch is a great place for children and adults alike.
The entire area measures out to be 550 acres of hills and mountains alike. Beyond the most obvious feature: the guarded gate, Greer Ranch features a variety of trails, parks, and areas perfect for activities. The HOA sponsors a variety of clubs, for more information click here.
The community is very close to a child development center and a rather new and growing shopping complex. The complex has a Super Target, Starbucks, and much more. Beyond that due to being located off of Clinton Keith, Greer is the perfect semi-hub for an in-between location for a plethora of shopping centers. Towards the east we have the afformentioned shopping complex. To the south, down Cal Oaks road leads to an extreme variety of restaraunts, parks, and businesses. Westward leads to another shopping center with a huge amount of restaraunts and utility type businesses.
Elementary: The entirety of Greer is in the Antelope Hills Elementary School district. The school is located off of Clinton Keith and opened in 2005. It is beyond walking distance, but is an excellent forward school, focused on innovative learning.
Middle: Greer Ranch's closest middle school is Shivela. The Shivela Panthers are located next to the Cal Oaks sports park, the school has been open since 1990 and has a general enrollment of around 1400 students.
High: Greer Ranch falls in the Murrieta Mesa boundaries. The Rams are located off of Cal Oaks road. The school was built in 2009 and is Murrieta's newest High School. The school focuses on establishing a tradition of PRIDE as well as creating knoweldgeable students who can effectively use technology and what they learn.
