Community Spotlight: Temeku Hills

   Temeku Hills is found on the north eastern side of Temecula. The community is dense and contains a variety of locations and events nearby. The Association calls the community a "gateway" to Wine Country, but that's not all that's nearby.

Facts

   Temeku Hills features a variety of facilities within and around the community. The most obvious facility is the Clubhouse. Temeku's Clubhouse features a gym, a jacuzzi, and more. Near the housing community there is an 18 hole golf course, a sports park, and several shopping centers. 

What's Nearby

   As stated earlier this neighborhood is one of the closest to the wineries of Temecula. But beyond that there's also the Promenade mall and a variety of rather large shopping centers all within 10 minutes of Temeku. If the shopping scene isn't your style there are plenty of trails and parks nearby as well, and even some ponds and small lakes! If you're looking to get farther away, the I-15 freeway is very close, as is everyone's favorite Realty Office: Exit Alliance Realty.

Schools

   Shameless plugs aside, Temeku's location causes it to fall under the following school's boundaries: Rancho Elementary, Magarita Middle and Temecula Valley High. These schools are all very close by, the first two are actually one or two streets away from the community's lot. While the high school is simply down the road. 

Price Range

   The prices generally range from $260,000-$600,000. There are HOA fees on top of that, but the main draw is that it's a low tax area, which of course is pure bliss.
