Community Spotlight: Bear Creek

Bear Creek is located in the western area of Murrieta. There are several enterances to the gated community, but the main one is located off of Clinton Keith road. Whether you're a golfer wanting to live near a course, or just someone who enjoys the proclivity of a rather secluded gated community, Bear Creek is perfect for you.

Facts

Bear Creek's most notable feature is obviously it's golf course. The 36-hole course is a stunning draw to most of the residents, but did you know they also have an olympic sized swimming pool? multiple tennis courts? and a large gym? What's Nearby

Murrieta is without a doubt, a drivable city. You can easily get from Bear Creek to somewhere as far as DeLuz in 20 minutes taking as many detours as possible. But, most of the time when we're in a hurry we'll stick to things that are 5 minutes away. 

Just a few miles north of Clinton Keith there are three full shopping centers, each featuring a grocery store and several restaraunts. There are multiple fast food joints nearby, as well as nice sit-down eateries as well. For example, there's a gem off of Clinton Keith and Hidden Spring's road called Tresino's. The Italian restaraunt has a wonderful neo-flair to it, and has excellent food and a great enviroment. There are plenty of other restaraunts as well! And of course even more if you're willing to spend more time on the round.

Schools

Bear Creek falls under Cole Canyon Elementary, Thompson Middle, and Murrieta Valley High school's boundaries. These three schools would likely be where your student would attend, if they pursued the public school route. There are plenty of alternative and private schools in the area as well.

Price Range

The homes in Bear Creek are high end, ranging from $600,000 to prices above $2,000,000. The homes also require an HOA fee as well as the prices for Gate Transponders and membership fees if you decide to partake in the Club/association.
